Hello,
Thank you very much for writing in my forum. I will try to explain the difference and value of both MCITP Server and MCITP Enterprise certifications.
I think there is some mistake in your understanding about both exams. MCITP Server Administrator Tack contains 3 examinations and the MCITP Enterprises track contains 5 examinations
MCITP Server Administrator Track
Exam 70-640: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring
Exam 70-642: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring
Exam 70-646: Windows Server 2008, Server Administrator
MCITP Enterprise Administrator Track
Exam 70-640: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring
Exam 70-642: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring
Exam 70-643: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuring
plus either
Exam 70-620: Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client
or
Exam 70-624: Deploying and Maintaining Windows Vista Client and 2007 Microsoft Office System Desktops (This exam retires on October 31, 2010)
or
Exam 70-680: Windows 7, Configuring
and
Exam 70-647: Windows Server 2008, Enterprise Administrator
The Enterprise track of MCITP is more better to have skills in administrating a Windows infrastructure contains Servers as well as workstations. Server Track of MCITP deals only with Administrating Servers. So I suggest you to get MCITP Enterprises track Certification
